INDIA PALE ALE
India Pale Ale is a bold, hop-forward craft beer known for intense aromas and flavours (citrus, pine, tropical fruit) from significant hop additions, originating from 18th century English brews designed for long sea voyages to India, hence the name. It used to have an extensive strength up to 12%, but is now at a reasonable 5.5%-6.0%. The flavour profile is typically hoppy with a balance of bitterness and malt sweetness.

Visitors are invited behind the scenes to explore our brewing process, meet the team, and enjoy tastings from our full range of handcrafted ales and ciders.
It’s the perfect opportunity to experience our passion for brewing, discover new favourites, and celebrate great local craft drinks in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Ale & Cider Festival - October - £50
We host an annual Autumn Ale & Cider Festival celebrating the season’s best small-batch brews and crisp ciders.
Visitors can sample a wide variety of flavours, enjoy live local music with a bite to eat, and soak in a warm, friendly atmosphere that brings together ale and cider lovers, families, and the community for an unforgettable weekend.
The Festival is held on the last Saturday and Sunday in October.
