Are you an amateur homebrewer who wants to learn a little bit more about the hobby, or are you a long-time homebrewer who wants to take your brewing skills to a higher level? Ale Brewing Masterclass
Our one-day craft ale brewing masterclass offers a blend of practical brewing, tastings, and foundational theory. You will brew beer under the guidance of one of our master brewers, focusing on topics tailored to either beginners or more experienced enthusiasts.
The day's agenda includes an introduction to brewing and craft ale, understanding the role of ingredients, with hands-on milling and mashing and lautering, and sample some ale with your lunch.
In the afternoon session, you will learn about boiling, hop additions, yeast pitching, and the fermentation process, while also engaging in a questions and answers session over some sample ales with our master brewer. Post-class, you will receive bottles of the brewed ale, and detailed course notes.
