BackroundTexture-5 JPG 1920x750 B&W Fade230.jpg
Instructor Focus
  • Jenny - Focuses on physical flow and alignment via Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.

  • Karen - Manages the specialised equipment for Aerial and the precision of Iyengar Yoga.

  • Sophie - Handles the spiritual and energetic aspects through Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Level Guide
  • Beginner Level - Focuses on foundational poses and alignment. Hatha and Iyengar are ideal starting points.

  • Intermediate Level - Builds on foundations with faster pacing and more complex sequences. Aerial and Kundalini often fall into this category due to the physical or energetic demand.

  • Advanced Level - Designed for experienced practitioners. Includes rigorous Ashtanga sequences or advanced Aerial inversions.
