Smoking
Harbour View is 100% no smoking. Smoking is forbidden anywhere in the building, bedrooms, bathrooms and communal guest areas. If guests wish to smoke outside please be considerate to others and place all litter in a bin. Harbour View reserves the right to levy an additional cleaning fee of £100.

Price
The price includes accommodation and breakfast. At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of one-night’s stay per room is required to secure a reservation.

The balance of your booking will become due on the day of departure, payable in cash or by debit/credit card. We accept all debit and credit cards but unfortunately do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to alter or cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible.

If it is necessary for guests to either alter or cancel their travel arrangements, we will attempt to re-sell the booking. Where this is possible we will refund any deposit already received, less an administration charge of £5 per room. We will only retain deposits in the unusual instance where we are unable to re-sell.

If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full length of your stay. We recommend you check your travel insurance covers you for cancellations due to emergency situations.

Non-Availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival
Your room will be ready for check-in from 3pm.

​

Departure
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10:30 on the day of departure. It may be possible for you to leave your bags with us, if you are staying in Falmouth for the day. Your account is payable on departure, however if you are leaving early please make arrangements to settle your account on the day prior to departure.

Parking
As with the majority of guest accommodation in Falmouth, on-street parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care with our accommodation, we take great pride in providing excellent facilities and high levels of cleanliness. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur.

​

A nominal charge of £25 will be levied for replacement room keys should the need arise.

​

Liability
Harbour View does not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you and any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Data
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer. Information will not be shared with third parties.
