Harbour View Guest House overlooks the harbour in beautiful Falmouth, just a few minutes walk from the beach or town.
Whether you are staying with us for a romantic break, a family gathering, or maybe just a visit with friends, we understand the importance of having a comfortable, friendly and relaxing base from which you can enjoy your visit.
We offer a range of light, stylish rooms with immaculate en-suites, fresh white linen, fast speed wi-fi, flat tv screens, and hearty breakfasts with plenty of choice. These are the essentials that we combine with the highest standards of personal service. Our guest house is also family-friendly, with plenty of space and amenities to accommodate families of all sizes.
A short stroll will take you into the town and harbour where you will find Falmouth Town Station, and many shops, pubs, and restaurants, There is even a small welcoming pub next door that serves bistro style lunches and evening meals. Everything of note and interest in Falmouth is easily available on foot.

Our Bedrooms
All of our four individually styled spacious rooms are en-suite and, together with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, flat screen Smart televisions, quality toiletries and wi-fi throughout, you will have everything you need for the perfect stay. Each room has a hospitality tray, bottled water, and hairdryer, plus a few additional extras that we think will contribute to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing.
Our beds have plump pillows, crisp white cotton linen and comfortable mattresses guaranteed to give you a good night’s sleep. For those who are sensitive or have allergies we have hypo-allergenic pillows. For guests who have different preferences, we are more than happy to provide specific bedding upon request.
The comfort extends to the en-suite bathrooms, where you will find complimentary toiletries, cotton bath sheets and hand towels, bath robes and slippers.
Our Breakfast
At Harbour View we believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and best enjoyed in our bright and spacious dining room.
Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is served between 8:00 and 9:30, allowing you plenty of time to make the most of the day ahead, or stay in bed that little bit longer.
Offered each day are fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, and fruit juices; followed by a choice of a number of cooked options including our traditional English breakfast or one of our daily specials.
We pride ourselves in sourcing ingredients from top quality local suppliers/producers using the very best, seasonal, and free-range produce where possible. Vegetarian options are also available. If you have any dietary requirements or preferences, please let us know when making your booking so that we can ensure we provide an enjoyable alternative for you.
