Harris Tweed
Harris Tweed is handwoven from pure virgin wool, in crofts in the Outer Hebrides. The wool is taken from sheep with dense and springy wool, resulting in a resilient and robust heavy-weight tweed. Because it is handwoven, the weave is slightly looser than other tweeds, meaning the fabric has a natural movement to it.

2. How to Track your Order
Please refer to your order dispatch confirmation email to see when your order was dispatched, with whom and whether it was a tracked service.
If it is a tracked service, you will receive an email with the tracking number for either Royal Mail or DHL once it is dispatched by us.
If it was a tracked service you can track it here:
Royal Mail: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
And once it has left the UK you can track it on your country’s local delivery service which you can find here: http://postoffice.com.
If there is a delay between it being shown as leaving the UK on the Royal mail site and the tracking commencing in your local country the item will be processing through customs. Please be patient, this is quite normal.
DHL: https://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html
If it was an untracked service and the longest estimated delivery time has passed then please go to your local sorting office and ask if the item is there with a proof of ID. Please do not rely on the local delivery person leaving a card to tell you it is awaiting collection – this often does not happen.
If it is not at your local sorting office then please email harristweededi@gmail.com with your order number and the address you are expecting the delivery to go to.
