Delivery Options

We only deliver locally at the moment. For deliveries outside our zone range please get in touch with us. 

We deliver from 10 am to 1 pm on Monday to Saturday – but not on bank holidays. Your order will be despatched in accordance with that schedule.

At the moment, we do not deliver on Sundays.

What Are Your Delivery Charges?

In-Store Pickup

Shop online for our delicious truffles and pick up in-store at no extra cost. In-store orders placed before 4 pm will be available from 10 am the next day Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Rates

Courier delivery charges for our truffles will automatically be calculated in the shopping basket. Minimum order £15. Orders from £15 up to £33, delivery price £4.95. Orders from £33 and over, free delivery. 

Any locations not covered by our courier provider zones may incur additional shipping fees. For deliveries outside our zone range please get in touch with us.
 

Risk Of Loss Or Damage In Transit

Delivery dates are not guaranteed but we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property or we get incorrect addresses shared with us at the time of purchase.

Additional charges may apply for the storage of the products if the customer delays delivery, for more than two weeks after the estimated date for arrival.
