Who will deliver my item?

We use reputable couriers for both standard delivery and next day delivery. We don't want you to worry, so if there are any issues with delivery then we will investigate on your behalf.

What payment options are available?

You can choose to pay for your order in either GBP £ or EUROS €.

We accept the follow cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo. We also accept PayPal and Bank Transfers.

You can purchase over the phone or online.

Can I return an item that I have purchased?

You can return an item you have purchased within 14 days. The item must return in the same condition as it was bought. You can view more detail about returns in the Product detail section of each item.

Do the items come with a warranty?

This depends on the item and its manufacturer.  The item will usually have a manufacturer's warranty and we will deal with any issues for you with the manufacturer.  We do have a 2 year warranty on all of our lenses.

Is delivery free?

All of our online sales items are free on a standard 2-4 working day service. We also offer next day delivery for a £5.95 charge.
