Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a booking will result in the deposit being forfeited; however this can be redeemed on another booking up to 6 months from the original booking.

Customers are asked to inform the management as soon as possible if they cannot commit to their booking.

If a booking is cancelled at any stage during the duration of a vacation, the customer will forfeit the balance of the fee.
Returns Policy - Good Care Deposit

Any good care deposit will be returned within 7 days providing the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

A percentage of the good care deposit may be kept if extra cleaning is required.
