Booking and Payment

​

• All bookings and payments must be made online via our secure website.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• We accept Paypal for payment (Create a Paypal Account).

• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for weather cancellations or minimum numbers not being met.

Cancellations and Charges

​

• Cancellations or changes to bookings are not permitted. All bookings are final.

• In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to weather, or minimum numbers not being met, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered either a refund or an option to reschedule.

Tour Operation

​

• All tours are subject to minimum numbers being met. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours if minimums are not reached. If the minimum number of 6 for each cruise is not met, you will be offered either a refund or an option to reschedule.

• Tour routes, stops, and schedules are subject to change due to weather, tides, wildlife sightings, or other conditions.

• For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual whose conduct, or condition, is deemed unacceptable.

Passenger Requirements and Responsibilities

• Passengers must check-in at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

• All passengers must comply with the instructions of the crew at all times for safety reasons.

• Passengers are responsible for having proper outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for the tour conditions.

• Passengers must be physically capable of boarding and disembarking the boat safely.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Liability

• Our company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from factors outwith our control.

• Passengers participate in tours at their own risk.

General

​

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish Courts.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• By booking and paying for a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
