TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the engagement of Lisa Atherton Wedding Photograpy ('Photographer') to provide photography services ('Services') for your wedding event ('Event'). Please read these Terms carefully before booking the Photographer for your Event.

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee of £250 of the total package fee are required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the Event. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer or credit card.

SERVICES & DELIVERABLES

The Photographer agrees to provide the Services outlined in the chosen package and any agreed-upon additional services. Deliverables typically include, for example, edited high-resolution digital images, online gallery, album or wall art. Additional editing requests beyond what is included in the chosen package will be subject to an additional fee.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If you cancel the Event more than 14 days or more before the date, the deposit fee is non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the Event will result in the forfeiture of the full package fee. If the Photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all paid fees will be issued.

The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images. Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the images requires written permission from the Photographer and may incur additional fees.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

The Photographer carries professional liability insurance. The Photographer cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged equipment, inclement weather, or venue limitations impacting the final images. The Photographer will use all reasonable efforts to capture the Event, but cannot guarantee specific poses, compositions, or lighting conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in London.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

MODIFICATIONS

These Terms may be modified only by a writing signed by both parties.
